Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. They must not have been installed, used after delivery, modified, altered, or damaged. Original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation must also be included where applicable.

Auto Parts and Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing. Please carefully verify the part number, vehicle fitment information, and product photographs before placing an order. You may also contact us with your VIN for assistance.

Items ordered incorrectly or returned because of a compatibility issue may be accepted within the 30-day return period, provided they have not been installed, used, modified, altered, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, defective where applicable, or significantly different from the listing description:

• Electronic components

• Control modules

• Programmed or coded units

• Special-order items

• Custom-made and handcrafted glass products

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, an ordering mistake, or a compatibility issue.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is incorrect, damaged during transit, defective where applicable, or significantly different from the listing description.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address, return instructions, and assistance.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected after delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days following inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part or the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
